Connecting Qualified Candidates with Excellent Employment Opportunities

Power2Workers is a 501C3 non-profit that manages local hire outreach, community engagement, placement and support for placed workers on construction projects.

Modeled in collaboration, Power2Workers engages with 60+ community partners who support our mission to provide sustainable career opportunities for skilled and trained workers in well-deserved communities.

Interested candidates complete a thorough pre-screening process where we get to know their strengths and challenges, and ensure they qualify for available positions (minimum training complete) and are Ready to Work. Once a candidate is ready to work, we refer them into open positions, support them through the interview and new hire processes. From there, we support both the employer and employee to maximize retention and success.
