Ms. De la Concha has a strong background in management, community planning and economic development.
As Program Director, Tlahuizolli collaborates with workforce development and referral partners across Los Angeles, to share the work of Los Angeles Housing Compliance and receive referrals for candidates that are interested in construction. She evaluates each project independently and develops an outreach strategy for each, ensuring we are connecting with community resources such as grassroots organizations, to ensure we have communication lines open and trusted partners in the areas where our projects are found. She supervises the initial intake process for new candidates referred to Power2Workers and ensures they are clear on steps of engagement. She works with her placement team to support contractors and empower workers to help projects meet their local hire goals.
Prior to her role with LA Housing Compliance, Ms. De la Concha worked at East LA Community Corporation in various administrative and management capacities, serving the East Los Angeles Community.
Tlahuizolli obtained her associate’s degree in Community Planning and Economic Development in 2014 from LA Trade Tech, served as the Community Planning Club Vice President, and was also on the dean’s honor roll.
Tlahuizolli enjoys time with family and community. She loves sharing her passion for culture and traditions through performing at a variety of events in her beloved town.

Livi Sanchez, Local Hire Compliance Manager
Livi Sanchez is a highly skilled and dedicated professional who has made a significant impact on the Harbor and East Los Angeles region. Known for her exceptional time management and decision-making skills, Livi has been instrumental in helping countless individuals achieve their goals and find success in their chosen careers.
As the Local Hire Compliance Manager, Livi is responsible for overseeing the placement of individuals into various jobs and positions. She takes great pride in her work and is deeply committed to ensuring that every individual she works with is able to find a job that is both fulfilling and financially rewarding. She is highly skilled in matching individuals with jobs that suit their unique skills and interests, and her ability to quickly make decisions and think on her feet is truly impressive.
One thing that Livi particularly enjoys is helping others achieve their goals. She is a natural problem-solver and is always willing to go the extra mile to help someone in need. Her dedication to her work and her compassion for others have earned her the respect and admiration of her colleagues and clients alike.
Outside of work, Livi enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is an avid reader and enjoys exploring new books and authors. She also enjoys hiking and exploring the great outdoors, and is always on the lookout for new trails and adventures to explore.
Cory Hyde, Placement Manager and Systems Trainer
Cory has a passion for social equality and invoking positive change in his community.
As a Placement Manager, Cory helps facilitate the relationship between subcontractors and candidates. His mission is to help lead community engagement, develop relationships with unions and work with community members to find employment in the field of construction. Cory works with contractors and workers to help projects meet their local hire goals. He connects candidates with training and employment opportunities in the Los Angeles Area.
Prior to joining Power2Workers, Mr. Hyde worked at various elementary schools. His early work with children drove him to find a career field that would allow him to continue to help shape the lives of others, while still making a contribution to the betterment of his community. After leaving childcare, Cory thought it would be best to focus on bettering his education and learning more of the issues that most effect his community. Cory graduated from West Los Angeles College in the Summer of 2022 with his associate’s degree Sociology, as well as Behavioral and Social Sciences. Mr. Hyde now attends Arizona State University where he is majoring in Sociology.
Cory enjoys spending time with his family and exercising. He loves traveling and experiencing the different cultures of the world but he feels most at home in the city of Los Angeles.
Ever Diaz, Outreach and Engagement Coordinator
Ever Diaz is an Outreach and Engagement Coordinator who is dedicated to helping people advance in their lives and support themselves and their families. With a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Marketing from Long Beach State, Ever has developed a wide range of skills that have helped him excel in his career.
Prior to his current role, Ever worked as a social media specialist and served as the Community Affairs Manager for the Los Angeles Rams. In that role, he led over 50 employees and transformed the fundraising program into the best in the league. His skills in leadership and community building have made him a highly sought-after professional in his field.
In his current role, Ever thrives on attending community network events, training program culminations, and speaking engagements. He is also highly skilled in organizing events and job fairs. With his passion for community outreach, Ever has made a significant impact on the lives of many individuals.
When not working, Ever enjoys playing guitar and staying active by hitting the gym. He has a deep love for music and travel, often attending concerts and will soon travel to different countries for music festivals. Ever's dedication to his career and passion for helping others make him an excellent asset to any team.
Wendy Espinoza, Local Hire Compliance Monitor
Wendy Espinoza is an insight interviewer professional who conducts onsite interviews, Wendy enjoys interacting with workers from different projects and getting to know them better. She considers the workers on these projects to be her coworkers, and she sees them on a weekly basis. Wendy takes great pride in her projects and considers them to be a part of her. She always strives to ensure that her projects are in compliance with the highest standards, and every month she eagerly anticipates receiving an email or report for each project she is working on. Wendy is always delighted when the reports are exceptionally well done.
With her enthusiasm for teamwork and attention to detail, Wendy is confident in her ability to contribute positively to any project she works on. She looks forward to continuing to collaborate with others and achieving great things together. Whether she is spending time with her family, planning a party, or conducting onsite interviews, Wendy is a dedicated and passionate individual who brings her best to everything she does.
Wendy Espinoza is a busy working mom who cherishes the time she spends with her kids and family. When she's not working, she enjoys taking her children to Disneyland, where they can enjoy the magical world of Disney together. Wendy also loves party planning, and she has a talent for making each event unique and memorable.

Johana Escobar is a highly skilled bilingual compliance monitor known for her exceptional organizational and analytical abilities. With a passion for helping others, she is committed to ensuring that all local hiring practices are in compliance with established regulations and guidelines.
Johana prides herself on her friendly demeanor and calm and pleasant demeanor, making her a reliable and approachable team member. Her determination and vigor are matched by her professionalism, which makes her a great asset to any organization.

Cecelia Randolph is a 32-year-old woman who is passionate about many things in life. She holds an associate degree from Cal State Northridge and is a mother to four boys, who she helps lead successful lives. When she is not busy being a loving mother, Cecelia enjoys dancing, laughing, and going on car rides. She is also a big foodie and loves to try different types of food, although she is also into health and fitness.
Cecelia's passion for helping others led her to apply for the position of Placement Coordinator 1, where she is responsible for managing the intake process for candidates joining Power2Workers. Her desire to assist others and make a difference in people's lives is evident in everything she does.
With her positive attitude and determination, Cecelia is sure to continue making a significant impact on the lives of those she interacts with.
